This Privacy Policy explains how iLoyal, Inc. (“iLoyal”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit iloyal.com, contact us, subscribe to our updates, or ask about our products and services. It applies to this website only. The iLoyal marketing apps (iLoyal Email Studio, iLoyal Social Genius and iLoyal SMS) are separate services with their own account terms, which are presented to you when you sign up for or log in to those apps.

Information you give us

We collect the information you choose to send us through the forms on this site:

  • Sales inquiries (the form on our Sales page): your name, email address, company, phone number if you include it, the service you are interested in, your message, and the page or button you came from.
  • Support requests (the forms on our Support page): your name, email address, phone number, company, and the details of your request.
  • Newsletter subscription (the form in our site footer): your email address and name.
  • Payment-processing and point-of-sale inquiries (the form on our Payment Processing page): your name, business details and contact information, plus the questions on that form about your current processing setup.
  • Meeting bookings made through the Calendly scheduler embedded on our Sales page: the name, email address and any notes you enter into the scheduler.

Our form notifications also record the page you submitted the form from and the IP address of your connection, which helps us detect spam and misuse.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our servers keep standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time). We also use the following third-party tools, which set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser:

  • Google Analytics 4 for aggregated statistics about how visitors use the site.
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook) to measure the results of our advertising and, where permitted, to show iLoyal ads to people who have visited this site.
  • Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from automated abuse. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Calendly for the appointment scheduler on our Sales page.
  • YouTube for embedded videos.

You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the cookie banner shown on your first visit, and change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the banner. Declining non-essential cookies does not affect the forms, scheduler or content on this site.

How we use information

  • To answer your sales or support inquiry and to provide and manage the products and services you ask about.
  • To send the iLoyal newsletter and product updates if you subscribe. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
  • To schedule and hold meetings you book with us.
  • To understand how the site is used, keep it secure, prevent spam, and improve our content.
  • To measure and run our own advertising.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Phone numbers submitted on our forms are used to respond to that inquiry. We do not add you to SMS marketing lists based on a website form submission.

How we share information

  • Within iLoyal. Sales inquiries are delivered to our sales and support inboxes. Newsletter sign-ups are stored in our own email platform, iLoyal Email Studio.
  • Payment-processing partner. Inquiries sent through the Payment Processing page form are delivered to iLoyal and to Penguin Payment Solutions, the company that fulfils payment-processing and point-of-sale services arranged through iLoyal. Penguin Payment Solutions may contact you directly about your inquiry and handles your information under its own privacy policy.
  • Service providers. Companies that host this website, deliver our email, provide the scheduling tool, analytics and security services listed above. They may process information only to provide those services to us.
  • Legal. When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety and property of iLoyal, our customers or others.
  • Business transfers. If iLoyal is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information for money. The advertising cookies described above (such as the Meta Pixel) may be treated as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some U.S. state privacy laws; you can opt out by declining non-essential cookies in the cookie banner.

Your choices and rights

  • Email marketing: use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter, or email support@iloyal.com.
  • Cookies: use the cookie banner on this site or your browser settings.
  • Access, correction and deletion: you may ask us what personal information we hold about you from this website, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@iloyal.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We will verify your request using the email address you contacted us from and respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Residents of states with privacy laws (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and Utah) may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising and the right to appeal a decision on a request. Use the contact details above to exercise them.

Data retention

Form submissions and the related email notifications are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain our business records, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the tools listed above.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, our forms are protected against automated abuse, and access to submissions is limited to iLoyal staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as passwords or full payment card numbers through our website forms.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Where information is processed

iLoyal is based in the United States and the information described here is processed in the United States.

Links to other sites

This site links to the iLoyal apps and to other websites, including client sites and social networks. Their privacy practices are described in their own policies.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
